    • The Essentials link works for me. Did you login before you clicked it?

    • Just worked for me. Please let us know if it’s still happening.

      • It’s still happening, Bill Darroca described a similar thing that’s happening to him, but for me, when I click on “essentials”, I end up being directed to the home page and then it says that I’m already logged in, but I can’t access the “essentials” session.

      • maybe it’s something with my account? but other member Bill Darroca described some similar that’s happening to him, please Jeff, help me, i believe in Joe Hendry Too my brother.

  • Anyone know how to use the Bookmark and Favorites features? I see them under the Activity tab but not on the individual pages. Is this something that hasn’t been made available yet?

    • Hi Don, if you go to the dashboard page, theres a video in the tutorial section called “Lesson Guide”, in that video, Tim breaksdown how to use those features and where all the information gets stored 🙂

      Hope that helps,
      Luke

      • Thanks Luke, Missed the icons since they were below the video and Soundslice and were scrolled off the page.

It stops when I touch the strings, including when I play, but I don’t want to always be touching them….the hum is constant and happens with both my solid state (Henriksen) and tube amps….anyone find something that works and doesn’t mess with t…Read More

    • Ok, there are two kinds of noise that occur with single coil pickups. One is 60 cycle hum (at least in the US it’s 60 cycles) this is basically the sound of Alternating current. Positioning your self so that you are in a certain position to the amp can cause this to go away if you find that out of phase spot but it’s a drag to be forced to sit fac…Read More

      • Thanks for the clear guidance…I’m definitely going to get this sorted one way or the other – that hum has got to go!

        • Hi, quick update. My guitar tech said the CCs are perfectly shielded/grounded so I tried the hum debugger – that in fact fixed 95% of the hum, but it cuts off some of that shimmer and richness i love in the CCs…Just a bit, but I notice it…so as usual, will have to pick my poison – probably I’ll use the hum debugger most of the time, since yeah…Read More
