About Tim Lerch

World-renowned jazz and blues guitarist, educator, popular YouTuber, and Emmy award-winning composer, Tim Lerch is a member of the legendary Northwest Gypsy Jazz group Pearl Django, leader of the Tim Lerch Trio, and one half of a popular duo with Jamie Findlay. Over 50 years, he has performed with a long list of greats across many styles.

Alongside his busy live playing and recording schedule, Tim is a well-respected teacher with a full calendar of private lessons, masterclasses, and workshops — and has taught at jazz guitar camps across the US and UK.

What level is the content?
The educational content on the site is primarily aimed at intermediate to advanced level players.
How much content is there?
We currently have over 150 individual modules with new content added every week, plus an extensive library of PDF transcriptions. Content includes lessons, talks, masterclasses, courses, transcriptions, performances, play-alongs, and more.
How often is new content added?
New content is added every week, in addition to the two monthly livestreams and the monthly "Tune of the Month" content.
Is this different to Tim's Patreon and TrueFire channel?
This platform is becoming the central hub for all of Tim's educational content. It is built primarily around new content, while material from Tim's TrueFire and Patreon is slowly being integrated here — upgraded with the Soundslice player and full transcriptions. Those will remain available on their respective platforms if you prefer to access them there.
What's your refund policy?
We have a 14-day refund policy for valid or extenuating circumstances. Given the hundreds of dollars of downloadable content, we're unable to offer refunds without valid reasons and without monitoring the activity of the account in question.
