Hi, I had a similar issue until last Monday using Chrome and checked with Safari and it worked for me. Then I removed all the cookies and history related to the timsguitarworkshop.com on Chrome and it works also for me with Chrome now.

I couldn’t add a photo to the Support page so I am putting it here. I love the site, but the only thing that bugs me is the Lesson pages. Is there a way to move the message blocks on the right side of the video? They take up a third of the page real estate that could be occupied by a full screen video.
