I’m currently rather obsessed with the harmonic minor scale. (The natural minor, but with a raised 7th.) As I understand it, it can be thought of as arising when the V chord in a minor key is “made” dominant, vs. minor. I had this same problem about 3 months ago. What I ended up doing was re-entering all my CC info as though I was a newbie. That cleared it up, but I still never heard why this happened in the first place. I don’t use Pay Pal for this site, but check you PP receipts to check that account. Good luck.
